
RESET offers paid training, educational coaching, and case management for those selected to participate. Participants participate in work readiness and life skill building training, a women’s support group, and referrals to various support services including childcare, job training/placement, therapeutic services, transportation, medical, and educational services. RESET participants who are 18 years old or older may enroll in Community Health Worker Training.

Community Health Worker Training: The program is geared toward young women ages 18 and over. Community Health Worker Training: The program is geared toward young women ages 18 and over. Through collaborative partnerships with local colleges, YWCA provides education and training to obtain certification. Participants will be enrolled in a paid 16-week educational course, including clinical rotations. Tuition, materials, supplies, and a stipend will cover the participant’s time throughout the program. All participants will receive: an opportunity to work with a case manager; professional mentoring; assistance with job placement; and assistance with wraparound service including but not limited to equipment, supplies, childcare, transportation, and technology.
