The team can assist your organization to determine if programs, services, and investments are effective in meeting the needs of opportunity youth in your community.
Research and Data Analysis: The ESTOY team collaborates with programs to evaluate the education and employment outcomes of program participants. The team can meet with your organization to discuss the quality of data required to participate in an evaluation and suggest system changes to your data collection that will position your organization to gain insights that have the potential to affect lasting impacts upon programs and communities.
Program Development and Analysis: The ESTOY team collaborates with programs to conduct community-based research to gain insights into effective service delivery through interviews and focus groups, survey development and distribution, and practical asset mapping.
